Innovative Self-Care Practices: Benefits of Meditation Music-Miracle Tones

Hello everyone, it's that time again to explore another innovative self-care practice that I find absolutely amazing and comforting. I am always ready to introduce healthy practices that can assist crime victims in their healing. We all know that there are numerous science-based (for doubters) benefits in practicing daily meditation; for example, reduces stress, anxiety, promotes emotional health and enhances self-awareness.  But, what if we consider exploring the inclusion of meditation music into your meditation and self-care routine? So what is meditation music specifically Solfeggio frequencies? When we talk about Solfeggio frequencies, we are dealing with vibration. Every vibration has it's own frequency. There are six main electromagnetic musical tones that the Gregorian Monks were said to use when they chanted in meditation. These frequencies are said to deeply penetrate the conscious and subconscious mind and stimulate inner healing.  In addition, the tones are comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy so you can be in perfect harmony with mind, body and spirit. The frequencies are as follows (lonerwolf.com):

UT-396Hz- transforming grief into joy and guilt into forgiveness
RE-417Hz-clears negativity and removes subconscious blockages
MI-528Hz-stimulates love, restores equilibrium, repairs DNA
FA-639Hz-strengthens relationships, family and community unity
SOL-741Hz-physically cleanses the body from all toxins
LA-852Hz-awakens intuition and helps you return to spiritual balance

Listening to these frequencies are said to raise your vibration and release negativity or energy blockages. In my daily life, I have added listening to meditation music regularly because I honestly feel eased. It is usually in the morning or lying in bed at night that I enjoy listening. There is an overwhelming sense of calm when I listen to this music. There are other significant benefits of the Solfeggio frequencies as follows (theguildoflight.com):

Calming- helps to produce serotonin which is a neurotransmitter and chemical found in human body. Often referred to as the "happy chemical" and can contribute to overall well-being and maintenance of mood balance.

Balance

Healing- in believing in the healing power these vibrations can benefit people experiencing emotional or physical pain.

Meditation- meditation can be difficult for some and using these frequencies as a guidance can center and ground you making it easier.

Overall, music has healing properties and studies have confirmed health benefits such as improved mood, reduces anxiety and stress, lowers blood pressure, boosts memory, and motivational. In combination with the added benefits of meditation, WOW. It's really a win-win situation. There are so many great options on YouTube to listen to. Recently, I have been drawn to the 639Hz and 528Hz or the chakra balancing tones. Before I listen, I set an intention. An intention is identifying a desire or positive outcome. So I'll say something like, "I intend for this music to help center me or relieve stress." Then, I cruise YouTube for music that appeals to me intuitively. In the mornings, I will pick music with a positive energy vibe. The titles and pictures give you a sense of the content. In the evening, I'll choose tunes with a reflective vibe because the nighttime is usually when I reflect on my mood or events of the day. My evening vibe often consist of a sleep or calming option. It's relatively simple and I find this music healing and contributes to my overall well-being so I encourage you to try it. You can also listen to binaural beats and I'll have information below. My explanation and understanding of the Solfeggio frequencies is very general. I encourage you to read more about the history and origin; it is truly fascinating.  Peace, Love and Happiness.
